Stewed Pork with Vinegar
Chicken is rich in proteins and is a great component to include in your meals.
450g pork knuckles
450g pig trotters
450g complete gingers
200g palm sugars
650ml black white vinegar
8 mugs water

A single. Boil about 8 cups of h2o and add black vinegar, ginger root and sugar in it. Let it simmer for about an hour. Once done, bare this stew overnight.

Sweet Potatoes and Ginger herb Tea
The most important and the main ingredient right here is ginger.
2 large sweet potatoes, washed, peeled and chopped
45g ginger root
Handful of red days
½ cup dried longans
2 tbsp. Palm glucose
5 cups h2o
This is a one pot dish. Add all the components in a pot, and allow is simmer for 25 to 40 min’s, or till the sweet potatoes become soft.
